I made it!

6/21-23

Hey guys! I made it alive! Taylor treated me well, got tons of food and explored the campus. Tell his dad thanks for me for setting that up. MTC is so awesome! Already have my name tag and I just feel ready to fly out there and go crazy. Anyways, just wanted to quickly say i made it and i love you guys!

It looked like you had a great time together! It's been fun to get pictures today! The one with sari was hilarious.  I bet you'll sleep well tonight, it's been a big day. Guess what-my stupid bladder is all better today!  Yea!!!! So there is a service that delivers treats to missionaries, but when I showed dad he laughed because they feed you SO MUCH at the MTC.  👊🏻  you see many people you know yet?  Did you recognize rebecka?  That was sweet of her to send me a picture. ❤ is the spirit so strong there? Im so glad your lady deal is all better!! That's so awesome that makes me so happy. The MTC is seriously THE BEST! I feel like i've been best friends with the guys in my zone for years, they're all so much fun and so cool! My companion Elder Kunzler is so awesome along with the other guys in my district. Oh and I was made the district leader yesterday! that was cool. So yeah Elder Kunzler is a big cowboy kid that worked on farms and all that and we get along super well. I can make my jokes and he laughs and he has a similar sense of humor. Elder Brough and Elder Arnold are in our district and we hang with them more while the two other guys, Elder Moreno and this other guy from Brazil go and do their own thing sometimes. Super fun guys though! Yesterday Elder Arnold had quite a day. You have to have a good idea of what his personality is like, just picture the glasses guy from The Best Two Years, but without the accent. That's Elder Arnold and he's the funniest guy. Yesterday he had a total Kennadie day and none of us are ever going to let him live it down. Lunch we had chili and that really upset his stomach which was no secret when we had to wait for him in the bathroom and got to hear his dirty hurricane within the stalls. And while we were laughing about that at dinner and he was trying to laugh it off all cool and "whatever" he accidentally let off the biggest snot rocket right into his mouth from trying not to laugh and I dont think ive ever laughed harder in my entire life. Elder Brough and I were crying and I actually thought i was going to die cause i couldn't breathe. He got the new nickname Snotrocket Thunderstalls. Great guy. Not surprised my first email has an awesome poop story. All the guys have their moments. Yesterday the four of us were walking from dinner and eating popsicles and we my companion had to throw away his garbage so he started running back real fast and all big to the trashcan which happened to be in the same direction as the group of sister missionaries that we had just passed so Elder Brough and i started yelling "Trente-trois!!" which is the reminder for the 33rd page of the missionary handbook that talks about not flirting with the sister missionaries which everyone here knows apparently, not just the french kids, and the sisters got quite a scare turning around to see big old cowboy Kunzler sprinting towards them with a popsicle stick with us yelling at him "elder no!!" Haha these guys are too fun. But yeah. MTC is too awesome! I feel like im dreaming. The language is coming on! Kinda... I'll keep ya posted. But yeah it was awesome to see Sari!! Haven't seen anyone else we know from home but im stoked for all the guys coming up soon! They're going to love it here. It's amazing to just wake up and study and feel the spirit throughout the entire day by the people and the teachings and everything. Apparently the apostles are all going to be all over here giving devotionals and talking to us and everything because they have a new MTC presidency or something? haha not sure why exactly but everyone is telling us how lucky we are to have came up at this time cause this doesn't usually happen. I'm so stoked!! But yeah, I'm loving it up here! Living my purpose and living the dream. Tell the girls i love them and miss them more than anything and that even though my district has become my new kennadie reese and reaghan, ill always miss my girls. I've said "Elder Arnold I SWEAR" like fifty times already. And kennadie that poster was amazing. and reese i love the missionary bracelet you made me. so do all my buddies here they're very impressed! anyways, love you guys so much!! The church is so true!!!
